Mid-Year Graduations for two of our Transition Programs – wonderful celebrations!

Congratulations to Alexis from Cooper Home and Dominic, Yoselin (Gaby), and Jared from Community Connections for the successful completion of their studies in Poudre School District. The ceremonies were well attended by PSD staff, students, friends and family. We are excited to see what the future holds for these bright young graduates!

Colorado Initiative for INCLUSIVE Higher Education – “Creating fully inclusive college opportunities in Colorado for students with intellectual disabilities to foster academic growth, social development, and career advancement.”
